Calabasas, CA (July 6, 2026) - Storyteller Talent Agency welcomes Katbanou "Bibi" Amidi, an executive chef, international menu developer, and Iranian food storyteller, to its client roster. Amidi is represented by Kayla Bramante.
Known online as Katbanou Kitchen, Amidi has built an engaged Instagram community of more than 310,000 followers by sharing recipes, culinary memories, and stories shaped by food, family, culture, and place. Her work connects cooking with personal history, migration, identity, and the emotional memory of meals shared across generations.
Amidi's story moves from life in Iran to Europe and then to the United States, where she arrived just two days before war began in Iran. That lived experience informs the universality of her cooking and the cross-cultural lens she brings to food, memory, resilience, and belonging.
