Katayoun "Bibi" Amidi is an Executive Chef and Menu Developer with a following of more than 310,000 on Instagram, where she shares her recipes, stories, and culinary love. Bibi began writing on Instagram with short stories about food and the memories tied to it. Over time, those stories grew into reflections on life itself, especially her own journey, the person she was, the person she is becoming, and how cooking, food, and culture have moved through life with her.
